A Community Emissions Reduction Progress Report will be produced every five years. The first one is expected in 2025/2026.
Burlington
Staff report on progress of actions within Burlington’s Climate Action Plan annually. The most recent report is from July 2024.
Caledon
Community Emissions Reductions Progress Reports are provided to Council; the first was delivered to Council in June 2023; the next one is scheduled for 2025.
Dufferin County
Dufferin Climate Action Plan Report Card 2021 identifies the County’s progress to date on the implementation of the actions in the Dufferin Climate Action Plan.
Durham Region
Annual Progress Report is provided through The Atmospheric Fund Report to Durham Region Roundtable on Climate Change.
In addition, The Durham Climate Dashboard is an online platform designed to monitor progress in achieving the Region’s climate targets.
Guelph
Progress Reports are provided to Council. The latest one is the Environmental Sustainability Report, 2023.

Kingston
London
City staff report to London’s Strategic Priorities and Policy Committee on plan progress twice per year and GHG emissions (corporate and community) once per year.
Mississauga
The City diligently reports the progress made against the 2019 CCAP community emissions reduction targets through its progress reporting page.
The City is also committed to reporting community emissions through the CDP platform annually and makes TCFD disclosures through the Annual Financial and Sustainability Report.
Oakville
The 2024 Community Energy Strategy Implementation Update was presented to Council in October, 2024. The report provides an update on the implementation of the Community Energy Strategy over the last two years, including actions to advance priority projects.
Oshawa
The first progress report is expected in 2025.
Ottawa
Climate Change Master Plan is a framework for how Ottawa will mitigate and adapt to climate change over the next three decades. The vision of the Climate Change Master Plan is to take unprecedented, collective action that transitions Ottawa to a clean, renewable and resilient city by 2050. It sets guiding principles, goals, greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets and priority actions for the next five years (2020–2025).
Richmond Hill
Progress report on the City’s Community Energy and Emissions Plan will be delivered in 2023.
Toronto
The 2022 Annual Update report outlines the Toronto’s progress in implementing the TransformTO Strategy’s Short-term Implementation Plan (2022 to 2025) and provides an update on the five critical steps the City is taking to steer community-wide emissions towards net zero
Waterloo Region
The Community Energy Progress Report provides an update on the achievements from the first four-year term and a vision for the second four year term encompassing three overlapping Energy Transition Pillars: Policy, Markets, and Infrastructure.
Windsor
Annual community and corporate GHG emissions Inventory Reports are provided to the Council.
The 2022 Community and Corporate Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Energy Monitoring Report was brought to Council in April 2024.
